Stretch a day makes aches go away

A good stretch a day makes aches go away. Try it for yourself. Perform each movement slowly.

1. Link your fingers and raise them above your head until you feel the whole of your body stretch.

2. Still keeping your fingers linked, stretch your arms out in front at the same time stretching your back.

3. Place your arms behind you , still with your fingers linked, and as you stretch feel the pull across you your chest .

4. Drop your left ear down to your left shoulders, then do the same on the other side.

5. To stretch the back of your neck, drop your chin down to your chest.
