How to cope stressfull situation?

It is a well known fact that the growing pressures of everyday modern life have made stress one of the biggest health problems of the age. You will be able to cope up if you follow this simple nine-point plan.

1. Make sure that you are alone in the room. Sit down and close your eyes.

2. Say to yourself, "I am going to overcome this tiredness."

3. Now imagine a still river with clear crystal water that tempts you to dive in headfirst.

4. Think of yourself diving into that river and, as you do so, become aware of your tiredness gradually drifting away into the distance like ripples spreading across the surface of the water and getting further and further away.

5. When you can no longer see the ripples, breathe in deeply allowing yourself to float totally free and relaxed.
