How to lift negative emotions

You may well face days when you feel down, but hidden beneath those feelings are positive emotions lying in wait. Every day, try to work hard to bring them to the surface. When you feel good about yourself, you can begin to understand the type of person you are and accept your characteristics, even your imperfections.


How to lift negative emotions?

1. If you have times when you feel anxious or stressed out, stop and think about happy occasions and try to remember how they felt.

2. Ignore negative thoughts whenever they worm their way into your mind. After all , millions of thoughts pass through our minds each day; thoughts can't harm you .

3. Why not set yourself a challenge - take up a new sport and aspire to a certain level of proficiency . By achieving this, you will feel much more confident of your abilities.
